Each group is assigned an individual Group Identity and provided with a web link to the 91cell.com servers which individual members can access to enter their own contact details for maximum efficiency and minimum administration. Upon completing their entry, each member receives a confirming message to the contact details they entered. Whenever required, the designated group leader can access the 91cell.com servers to create and broadcast an immediate alert to all those registered group members.
Q: Do I need to install software or hardware in order to use 91cell.com?
A: 91cell.com is completely web-based so you do not need any additional software or hardware. As a group leader or as a member, all you need is access to a web browser with an Internet connection and you are up and running.
Q: Will any party receive unsolicited messages ("SPAM") on their mobile phones?

Q: Does your system allow database uploads of recipients phone numbers?
A: No. 91cell.com is a self service alert system where individual group members provide their own contact details for accuracy and security, consequently no bulk database uploading is permitted

A: Yes. 91cell.com employs a unique database structure which replicates group data across multiple physical servers to mitigate the impact of a crisis situation in any particular geography. The result is a self correcting structure to preserve group data and to maintain broadcast capability.
